Mamelodi Sundowns, Chippa United fire blanks

Mamelodi Sundowns lost a chance to top the South African Premiership Wednesday after drawing 0-0 with Chippa United in a match that took 945 minutes to complete.
A Tuesday night power failure at Loftus Versfeld stadium in Pretoria halted play after 42 minutes of the mid-season game.
The match resumed Wednesday morning before a couple of thousand spectators and Caf Champions League title-holders Sundowns could not convert possession into goals.
Sundowns, who would have replaced SuperSport United as leaders had they won, remained fifth, two points behind their Pretoria neighbours.
But the African champions are favourites to retain the Premiership as they have matches in hand on all their rivals.
"Playing in the morning was awkward for us," admitted Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane. "We are more used to training at that time of day."
